A quarto document can be created and modified in R and looks and feels similar to a markdown file, but with more capabilities. b) **How do you make columns using Revealjs in Quarto Presentations?** Columns are made using...wait for it...a contained class called .columns! These containers can be modified with attributes, most commonly "width". Within a column container (which is called used :::: {.columns}), you then use the container to add columns sequentially, closing the original contianer with ::::. c) **How would you change the appearance of slides using Revealjs in Quarto Presentations?** You can create a custom background and specify a custom template in the header. You can add slide transitions globally (in the header) or per slide using { }. There are a multitude of layout options for components (such as images) within the slide itself. d) **What has been the biggest constraint working on your own research project in the past week?** My upset with transferring files from lolo to hyak totally threw me for a loop. I finally have all my sequences transferred and aligned. I am now trying to run a stacks script to identify SNPs and finally begin working with my data at that level. The script is not working.
