Take gene_factors.csv file and determine which genes (eg OG_00001) have scores >0 in rank 05 and plot the values of these values across 35 ranks. Then for those genes in rank 05 (top 100 values) determine which epigenetic features correspond to expression and thus could be regulating, importantly denoting when the same epigenetic feature is found to be correlated in the same gene across multiple species.
