Below is location of ballgown out put for three species of corals. Each sample has a ballgown directory with the RNA-seq alignment output from HISAT2 including files e_data.ctab e2t.ctab i_data.ctab i2t.ctab t_data.ctab For each gene for, for each sample identify when there is a statistically robust shift in exon with predominant (highest) expression. Provide a table for each species listing the genes that have a shift in predominant exon across samples and denoting if there is a relationship to time point. Noting TP-1, TP-2, TP-3, TP-4 refer to the 4 timepoints. # Species-specific RNA-seq alignment output directories apul_rnaseq_dir <- here("D-Apul/output/02.20-D-Apul-RNAseq-alignment-HiSat2") peve_rnaseq_dir <- here("E-Peve/output/02.20-E-Peve-RNAseq-alignment-HiSat2") ptua_rnaseq_dir <- here("F-Ptua/output/02.20-F-Ptua-RNAseq-alignment-HiSat2")
