As part of our standard sequencing data receipt pipeline, I needed to generate [`FastQC`](https://www.bioinformatics.babraham.ac.uk/projects/fastqc/) files for each sample. [`FastQC`](https://www.bioinformatics.babraham.ac.uk/projects/fastqc/) was run on Mox.
