All tubes were labeled as: MBD CV # Quantified the _Crassostrea virginica_ MBD-enriched DNA with the Qubit 3.0 (ThermoFisher) and the Qubit dsDNA High Sensitivity (HS) Kit (ThermoFisher). Used 1uL of template DNA.
